About the Course

The Your Practical Guide to Administrative Procedures in Criminal Cases course provides a structured and practical introduction to the main procedures involved in criminal cases before police departments, the Public Prosecution, and Egyptian criminal courts.

The course begins with drafting a complaint or police report and understanding the judicial case number. It then explains the practical procedures followed before the Public Prosecution when representing either a victim or an accused person.

Participants will learn how to follow prosecution decisions, inquire about judgments rendered in absentia, monitor criminal hearings, and understand the main types of criminal judgments.
